At Moore Aloha, we believe in the power of coming together, mentorship, movement and using Aloha as a tool to overcome adversity. When something like a natural disaster rocks our world and changes our way of life so drastically, it can be overwhelming. At the Face Your Fears event designed for women in the Lahaina community affected by the 2023 wildfires, we talked about our fears and positive ways to embrace and face them. We succeeded in our goal to create a safe space have fun, make new friends and share valuable tools and resources to move forward with strength, a deeper sense of self and compassion for one another.
