We spent the day with 29 surf-enthusiastic girls competing in the 2025 US Surfing Championship for the “Joy Rides Only” event  in Huntington Beach presented by Hurley! Guided by the theme of competing with joy and riding your passion with balance, participants spent an unforgettable day learning and growing alongside Olympic Gold Medalist and 5X World Surfing Champion Carissa Moore and a panel of amazing speakers including Rosy Hodge, Courtney Conlogue, Kaleigh Gehret and Jennifer Lau. Together with Carissa and her friends, participants gained insight and workshopped mental tools to use in order to create a healthy competitive mindset.
